If your new to the gym and need to know the basics, keep reading. First of all get to know the exercises! If you don’t already know them have someone at the gym show you how to use the equipment. This is important, cause if you don’t know what you’re doing you can injure yourself.
Once you’re familiar with the equipment, follow the recommendations posted below to get result fast:
1. Your training regime should always include the whole body, unless you’re unable due to injury and such. Ex. Arms, legs, shoulders, back, stomach and chest should be trained equally.
2.Train different muscle groups on different days. Example:
day 1 chest & back
day 2 legs and shoulders
day 3 arms & stomach
3.Do 3 sets per muscle groups and 8-12 reps per set. The weight your using should be heavy enough so you can’t do more than 12 reps but light enough so that you can at least do 8 reps.
4.Always try to better yourself every time you’re at the gym.
5.Eat well
6.Get enough rest
Follow these steps and you will get guaranteed results!
Tip. Load up on protein before and after a training session, this will give your muscle the building blocks to grow and get stronger.
